Returns PolicyBooks purchased on the APSG© website may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. APSG© only provides a refund for shipping costs if the return is a direct result of company error. BOOKS MUST BE RETURNED UNDAMAGED AND UNUSED TO QUALIFY FOR REFUND.
